Prioritize Reveals
The most critical rule in Klondike Turn One is to reveal face-down cards as quickly as possible. Every revealed card increases your sequence-building options and potentially unlocks a blocker.
Delay Empty Columns
While an empty column is powerful, don't rush to create one if it doesn't immediately help you reveal a hidden card. Sometimes it's better to keep a sequence on a larger pile to see what's underneath before moving it to a king space.
Use the Waste Wisely
In Turn One, you can see every card in the deck eventually. Use this to your advantage by planning moves that will allow specific waste cards to enter the tableau at the perfect moment.
Pro Tip: The King Choice
If you have two Kings and one empty column, choose the King that has the most face-down cards in its "home" suit (the suit it will eventually build on in the tableau).
